Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at fsstore2701@gmail.com before sending the item. Approved returns will receive a return label and instructions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishables, and certain hazardous or personal-care items are non-returnable.

For EU orders, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
